Will Hep2O give off toxic fumes if it catches fire?

In the event of a fire, the products produced would be the combination of Hydrogen & Oxygen (which is water vapour) and Carbon & Oxygen (which is Carbon Dioxide) and some soot. Some of this is particularly dangerous and in fact are almost the same emissions produced from a burning candle.
